The last example is a hydraulically driven press. What drives this machine are air and water. These two creates pressure and moves the press up and down continuously. The die is utilized mainly for the pressing action.

All in all, stampings are utilized in many industries such as automotive, medical, and aerospace. Manufacturers always are very intricate about the specific sizes and uses of what they make. But when a few mistakes are made, correction is possible.
